Safety First: Healthy Roots is Now Certified in Food Safety!

Our mission at Healthy Roots is to help as many people as possible by providing high quality products at an affordable cost. We go above and beyond to ensure that we are delivering a product that you trust, and feel confident putting on or in your body or your pet's body.

We recently sent our team to Denver, Colorado to get their Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) Certification from the Food Safety Preventative Controls Alliance. The course is recognized by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA).

So what does all of this mean?

This means we've taken the extra steps to ensure that you have a safe and high-quality product without any contaminants or undisclosed allergens. PCQI sets the process and production steps for each product making sure that every step of manufacturing stays sanitized and safe from cross contamination.

PCQI utilizes Good Manufacturing Practice to maintain sanitary operations, sanitary facilities, equipment, personnel, warehousing and distribution.

This is just one of many steps we have taken and are taking to provide the safest, highest quality product we can for you and your family.

In addition to the PCQI Certification, we are currently in the process of getting our National Animal Supplement Council (NASC) quality seal for our pet line, and our US Hemp Authority Certification.

Our facility is registered with the FDA, we are certified with the Oregon Department of Agriculture, have both food handlers and food processing permits, and are Farm Bill compliant.

You can rest assured knowing that whatever Healthy Roots product you or your pets are using, is safe and of the highest quality!
